Provided 3D modeling and animation services, video production services, as well as graphic design services for the Niagara and Detroit River Crossings. As part of the extensive public involvement, public meetings and hearings were held and communication through a public website streamlined the process. The Niagara River Crossing included the development of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a 5,000-foot long high level post tensioned segmental concrete box girder bridge over the Niagara River and more than five miles of connecting roadways. The bridge’s main span is nearly 500 feet long and includes a cast-in-place concrete arch supporting the superstructure with more than 100 feet of vertical clearance. The project required an extensive public involvement program with numerous public meetings and hearings as well as dozens of stakeholder meetings. More than 25 regulatory authorities and agencies were consulted on both sides of the border. The EIS included comprehensive avian, traffic, noise, air and other environmental studies and has been submitted to the United States State Department requesting a Presidential Permit for the new border crossing.
