Provided website design, enhanced typical section rendering and 3D modeling services, and public meeting support services. American prepared a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study for 25 miles on I-75. The corridor included existing interchanges at SR 674, Big Bend Road and Gibsonton Road, evaluation of a new interchange, and involvement of a rest area. American evaluated the six-lane interstate expansion with future and interim alternatives including eight lanes, ten lanes and other options including use of special use lanes to serve: HOV traffic, trucks-only, express/local, bus or toll-managed lanes. In addition, American developed a long-term (50+ year) vision for the corridor by accommodating the different transportation modes (vehicles, light rail, heavy rail, bus). The project included 26 bridge structures, assessment of 40 drainage basins including some within conservation/section 4f lands, noise evaluation, wetlands, protected species and essential fish habitat.
