E. Gayle Grady, PE, Design-Build Director for American Consulting Professionals (American), has been appointed as the fifth managing partner of the firm. Gayle has more than 25 years of experience working in the construction industry and previously held senior management and executive level positions with PCL Civil Constructors. Based in the firm’s Wesley Chapel office, she is responsible for providing strategic leadership for design-build and alternative delivery pursuits.
“Gayle’s exceptional experience and in-depth knowledge of construction and design of complex transportation projects will ensure that American remains at the leading edge of integrating best value design and construction solutions,” said Scott Korpi, PE, SE, PEng, Managing Partner.
Gayle holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. She attended the Global Institute for Leadership Development as a foundation for her leadership commitment and served as a Board Member for the Florida Transportation Builders Association. Her background includes organization leadership, regional management, operations, and project management.
