Position

American is currently seeking a Design Build Project Manager in our Wesley Chapel, Florida office.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of design build pursuits and projects for the Wesley Chapel office. The candidate will manage and lead the design build project team through all phases of pursuit and project delivery. Overall responsibility for technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specification and plan preparation. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registered Professional Engineer in Florida
• 15 or more years of experience including design build project experience
• Knowledge of FDOT requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
