Congratulations to Linda Hess! In addition to her Professional Engineering license, she’s recently passed her Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Exam! This is a national recognition through the Transportation Professional Certification Board which has a linkage to ITE (the Institute of Transportation Engineers). We are so very proud of her hard work, especially her dedication in obtaining her PTOE amidst strict deadlines, public-facing events, and internal trainings! Way to go, Linda!
